Springs Global ("Springs") results from the combination of two textile companies of long standing tradition: CTNM, based in Brazil, and Springs Industries, from the U.S..

The Company operates plants located in Brazil that supply each other, forming an integrated industry for the spinning, weaving, finishing, and fabrication of home textile products. Starting in 2009, Springs started direct operations as a retailer in the bed, bath and table toppings (CAMEBA) segment in Brazil, through the acquisition of MMartan. More recently, the Company began the development of a second network of stores under the Artex brand. Currently, all retail activities are concentrated at the level of Springs’ subsidiary, AMMO Varejo.
